Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of booking , provided the order status is still marked as “Pending” under Order History.To cancel, please email jaipurirazai@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for cancellation. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. JAIPURI RAZAI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund .
If non-delivery occurs due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
