Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from Jaipurirazai. Refunds are offered under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
4. Refunds are not issued for minor variations in color or print, as handmade products may have natural variations.
5. Custom or made to order items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

Return Policy

We take great care to inspect every product before shipping. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was delivered, we offer returns as per the policy below.

1. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
   
2. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or videos of the issue.
3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
4. Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup or request the customer to ship it back.
5. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, print, or minor handmade variations.
